Medical Assistance in DyingAMAD
The Special Joint Committee on Medical Assistance in Dying was appointed to undertake a review the provisions of the Criminal Code relating to medical assistance in dying and their application to the eligibility of persons whose sole underlying medical condition is mental illness.
